    Introduction

    The human environment (spiritual, social, technological, economic, physical etc) is filled with different opportunities (i.e platforms to excel/succeed in life and also problems, challenges or treats to fail in life) you must strive to discover your God given potentials or gifts (your strength and fight your weaknesses) to develop a valuable and profitable business idea to chart the way to the top of greatness triumphantly or successfully, despite the prevailing circumstances.

    You can make it, it is possible, remember, the world celebrates those who develop business ideas and effectively applied these ideas after reasonable assessment to solve problems in the society daily. Examples of such person are: Bill Gates, Lee Lacocca, Aliko Dangote etc.

    God’s grace in our lives, all we do and experience in life is by God’s grace whether you believe it or not, many people with all the knowledge, skills and talents they possess have failed in life because they refuse to acknowledge the Grace of their lives. They choose their own ways to the top and ended up failing at last.

    What is Idea Generation?

    Idea generation is a creative ventures or wide survey or research of divers valuable ideas concerning a tangible or intangible product development to enable a company solve the problem of customers’ needs and wants for profit making.

    Business Idea Generation Steps

    1. Definition of the problem or subject matter
    2. Identification of many ideas to solve the problem or challenges in group team discussion
    3. Selecting of the most valuable, profitable and benefits ideas
    4. Development of Bumpa-to-Bumpa strategies to make it work
    5. Testing of the idea or ideas to ascertain the extent or level of acceptability
    6. Implementation systems design
    7. Full commercialization or execution of the idea for the benefit of stakeholders of business

    Ideas Generation Techniques

    There are creative techniques that business stakeholder adopts to develop excellent result in business ideas to attain set goals. These include:

    1. Excellent result focused team: You allow people with outstanding result in the system meet the deeply think of new ideas to chart the course of action.
    2. Brain Storming Team: You may give people with different abilities to positively and critically develop acceptable ideas for the way forward. Sometimes it is good to have in a team those that can criticise the new ideas to make it finer and more acceptable.
    3. Practical activity team: The nature of certain ideas requires some scientific experts to get at a desired standard for implementation. Team of experts in that area is needed.
    4. Use of valuable system: Sample pictures of what is expected are given to team of experts to develop a given idea to solve problems in the required areas. Photographs, film clip etc
    5. Role play: This is used to motivate employees to act on what is expected to arrive at the best ideas. It is used to signify the intrinsic value of given ideas.
      Getting the best requires commitment, good character, adequate competence and effective communication of what is valuable for an offer.

    Good ideas comes to the limelight by certain motivational factors, for example, grace of God, personal interest, family and friends, peer groups influences, traveling experience and self determination to get the best.

The word determined may sound weired but it is one of the most important tools to which after business ideas has been created, determination is what makes it excel at the long run.
